FuzeWorks needs a module manager to compete with other major frameworks.

The idea is that the developer is able to install, update and manage units of FuzeWorks from either the CLI or the admin interface. Dependencies should automatically be managed without too much interference from the developer.

In order to implement this FuzeWorks needs to be able to load independent of Composer.
