A lot of requested features

• Proper unit testing of EVERYTHING
• Save output cache in ObjectStorage
• New Security model
• Move Input to WebInput and Output to WebOutput, but using the existing binds for Factory
• Implement Output cache and Resources as a pre-container subroutine
