	\introduction{WE, \textbf{the Citizens of the Crafty Table}, BY THE GRACE OF KIPJE, the Sovereign Rulers of the Realm, hereby declare, to all whom shall hear or see, are to know: \bigskip%
		
		having decided that the Realm shall from now on be led by a President; having determined that such a change requires constitutional amendment; having analysed all Laws and Acts and having modified all of these;\bigskip%
		
		having concluded as such we shall here, having heard the advice of the Administration, in unison with the Legislature, declare for the Constitution the following text. Let it be published by the Judiciary as follows: \bigskip}%
	
	\article{Amendment}{This Law amends the Constitution of the Crafty Table.}
	
	\article{Material changes in the Constitution}{\begin{enumerate}
			\item In article 2, the text 'enact or ' shall be added between the excerpts 'retains the right to' and 'set aside,'.
			\item In article 11, the text 'right to appeal to administrative decisions' shall be replaced with 'right to appeal to administrative decisions at the Judiciary'.
			\item In article 24, the text 'against members of the Administration, shall be replaced with 'against players'.
			\item Title II and all contents within shall be replaced with the following text:\begin{enumerate}[label=*]
				\item \textit{Chapter I: Organisation and Composition}
				\begin{enumerate}[label=]
					\item \textbf{Article 26: The Legislature}\begin{enumerate}
						\item The Legislature consists of the Crafty Council and the Crafty Senate.
						\item The Council consists of up to 32 members.
						\item The Senate consists of up to 12 members.
						\item The Legislature may meet in a joint session of the Legislature.
					\end{enumerate} 
					\item \textbf{Article 27: The Crafty Council}\begin{enumerate}
						\item The Crafty Council represents the Citizens of the Realm. All Citizens have a right to participate in sessions, save for those explicitly and specifically limited by the Law.
						\item Attendance of the Council is excluded from those who have been convicted of a by Law defined offense, and have been condemned to an extradition of at least 2 months or more; or have been condemned to specifically be denied council participation. 
						\item The Council shall convene as defined in the Charter of the Crafty Council.
						\item The President, or any other person appointed by the President, shall be the Host of the Crafty Council.
						\item If the President, or any other appointed person by the President, is unable to host, the Judiciary shall provide a Host to the Council.
					\end{enumerate}
					\item \textbf{Article 28: The Crafty Senate}\begin{enumerate}
						\item The Crafty Senate represents the nobility of the Realm: those most distinguished players as established through long-time service. 
						\item All those bearing the title of Emeritus shall be members of the Crafty Senate.
						\item The title of Emeritus may only be bestowed upon a Citizen by the Owner of the Crafty Table.
						\item The Senate shall convene as defined in the Charter of the Crafty Senate.
					\end{enumerate}
					\item \textbf{Article 29: Membership limitations}\begin{enumerate}
						\item A member of the Legislature can not also be a member of the Administration.
						\item A member of the Legislature can not also be a member of the Judiciary.
					\end{enumerate}
					\item \textbf{Article 30: Monetary Compensation} Monetary compensation for members of the Legislature is to be determined in the Law. An amendment to this provision requires a two-third majority vote in the Council and a unanimous vote by all members of the Senate.
				\end{enumerate}
				\item \textit{Chapter II: Procedure}
				\begin{enumerate}[label=]
					\item \textbf{Article 31: Legislative Procedure}\begin{enumerate}
						\item Legislative conventions and meetings are public.
						\item The Crafty Council is only allowed to convene if a minimum of five members is present.
						\item The Crafty Senate is only allowed to convene if a minimum of three members is present.
						\item Decisions in the Legislature are taken by a majority vote, safe for exceptions as defined in the Law.
						\item The Owner of the Crafty Table shall have a veto on all legislative decisions.
						\item Members of the Legislature vote without burden.
						\item Votes in the Legislature are counted on an individual basis.
					\end{enumerate}
					\item \textbf{Article 32: Executive Attendance}\begin{enumerate}
						\item Members of the Administration have access to Legislative conventions and can attend debates.
						\item These members of the Administration may be assisted during conventions by people chosen by them.
					\end{enumerate}
					\item \textbf{Article 33: Legislature Procedures}\begin{enumerate}
						\item The Crafty Council shall define council procedures in the Charter of the Crafty Council.
						\item The Crafty Senate shall define senate procedures in the Charter of the Crafty Senate.
					\end{enumerate}
				\end{enumerate}
			\end{enumerate}\medskip%
			All subsequent article numbers shall be incremented by two.
			\item Title III and all contents within shall be replaced with the following text:\begin{enumerate}[label=*]
				\item \textit{Chapter I: Organisation and Composition}\begin{enumerate}[label=]
					\item \textbf{Article 34: Members of the Administration}\begin{enumerate}
						\item The Administration shall be composed of the President and the Moderators.
						\item The President bears responsibility for all Administration activities.
						\item No members of the Administration can also be a member of the Judiciary.
					\end{enumerate}
					\item \textbf{Article 35: Appointment of the Government}\begin{enumerate}
						\item The President is elected by the Legislature.
						\item The President has a term of 8 weeks.
						\item After the term has expired, a new election shall be held in the Legislature.
						\item The President is dismissed at their own request, by a passed motion of no confidence in the Legislature, or by being absent for 2 weeks or more.
						\item The President can appoint Citizens to become Moderators.
						\item The appointment of Citizens as Moderators requires a written notification to the Legislature, signed by the President.
					\end{enumerate}
					\item \textbf{Article 36: Election of the President}\begin{enumerate}
						\item Candidates for the presidency are to apply to the position at the Crafty Senate. The Crafty Senate shall deny any applicant who does not meet the formal requirements or is considered unfit for office.
						\item Accepted candidates by the Crafty Senate shall then be subjected to the Crafty Council. A candidate must pass a majority vote of all present members in order to be chosen as President.
					\end{enumerate}
					\item \textbf{Article 37: Powers of the President}\begin{enumerate}
						\item The President may enact decrees that shall be legally binding, when those decrees stay within the confines of the Law. The Crafty Senate may retroactively veto any decrees made by the Administration.
						\item The President may start and manage community projects.
						\item The President has control over the Administration's Treasury, and what it gets used for.
						\item The President shall have access to all external media channels of the Crafty Table.
						\item The President shall, within the confines as determined by the Owner of the Crafty Table, get access to the console of the Crafty Table.
					\end{enumerate}
					\item \textbf{Article 38: Obligations of the President} The President must, at all times, execute the Laws of the Crafty Table.
					\item \textbf{Article 39: Moderators}\begin{enumerate}
						\item Moderators shall be responsible for maintaining order and stability in the Worlds of the Crafty Table.
						\item The President may delegate any of their responsibilities and powers to Moderators.
					\end{enumerate}
					\item \textbf{Article 40: Oath of Allegiance} The President and Moderators shall state in a manner as described in the Law, the acceptance of their office at the Spawn of the World, an oath of affirmation and allegiance to the Constitution and to faithfully discharge their office.
				\end{enumerate}
				\item \textit{Chapter II: Legislative Endorsement}\begin{enumerate}[label=]
					\item \textbf{Article 41: Proposing Legislation} The Administration may propose legislation to the Legislature. Proposed legislation by the Administration has to be signed by the President.
					\item \textbf{Article 42: Ratification of Legislation} Legislation proposed by the Administration and ratified by Legislature has to be signed by the President.
				\end{enumerate}
			\end{enumerate}\medskip%
		All subsequent article numbers shall be incremented by four.
		\item The contents of former article 39 shall read as follows: \medskip "\begin{enumerate}
			\item The Judiciary is dedicated to the trials of criminal offenses within appeal. 
			\item The Judiciary is dedicated to the adjudication of disputes over civil rights and claims.
			\item The Judiciary is dedicated to the adjudication of any conflict between a Citizen and the Administration.
			\item The Judiciary shall actively supervise and safeguard the democratic process and intervene if it is disturbed.
			\item A penalty of permanent deprivation of liberty may be imposed only by the Judiciary.
			\item A penalty of temporary deprivation of liberty may be imposed by the Administration, provided it meets the requirements as determined in the Law. 
		\end{enumerate}"
		\item The contents of former article 41 shall read as follows: \medskip "\begin{enumerate}
			\item Members of the Judiciary responsible for justice are appointed by the Legislature for life.
			\item Members of the Judiciary are dismissed at their own request; or by a unanimous vote in any house of the Legislature. 
			\item In the cases laid down by the Law, members of the Judiciary may, as designated by the Law, be suspended or dismissed by a unanimous vote of any house of the Legislature.
		\end{enumerate}"
		\item Chapter I of Title V and all its contents within shall be replaced with the following text:\begin{enumerate}[label=]
			\item \textbf{Article 49: Right to Legislation} Establishment of Legislation is to be conducted by both the Crafty Council and the Crafty Senate.
			\item \textbf{Article 50: Legislative Initiative}\begin{enumerate}
				\item Proposals of legislation can be submitted by the Crafty Council and the Administration. 
				\item Legislative proposals submitted by the Council have to be signed by one or more members of the Council. 
				\item Legislative proposals submitted by the Administration have to be signed by the President.
			\end{enumerate}
			\item \textbf{Article 51: Initial procedure of Legislation}\begin{enumerate}
				\item Legislation has to pass both Houses of the Legislature.
				\item Legislative proposals submitted by the Administration are to be sent to one of the Houses of the Legislature.
				\item Legislative proposals submitted by the Council are to be debated first in the Council.
			\end{enumerate}
			\item \textbf{Article 52: Subsequent procedure of Legislation}\begin{enumerate}
				\item After the House of the previous article has passed the legislation, the legislation is to be forwarded to the other House.
				\item Granted that the legislation has been submitted by the Council, it can be defended in the Senate by the signers of the legislation.
			\end{enumerate}
			\item \textbf{Article 53: Rescinding Legislation} As long as legislation has not been passed by the Legislature, it can be revoked by the proposer.
			\item \textbf{Article 54: Legislative Ratification} \begin{enumerate}
				\item A legislative proposal becomes Law after it has been ratified by the Legislature and the proposer. 
				\item Legislation is to be stored and reserved by the Judiciary. 
				\item Legislation is to be published and announced before it can become Law. 
			\end{enumerate}
			\item \textbf{Article 55: Motions for the Administration} The Council has the right to invoke motions the Administration has to follow.

			\item \textbf{Article 56: Taxation} Taxes can only be levied when based in the Law.
		\end{enumerate}\medskip%

	\article{Effect}{This Law shall go into effect on a by the Administration determined date.}

	\article{Amendment}{This Law may be amended in accordance with Title VII of the Constitution.}
