\introduction{WE, \textbf{the Administration of the Crafty Table}, BY THE GRACE OF KIPJE, the Government of the Realm, hereby declare, to all whom shall hear or see, are to know: \bigskip%

having determined that the current Governor of the Upper Nether is no longer able to meet their duties; having established the Upper Nether Governorate, which can be easily replaced; having heard the Crafty Council; having held an election for the position;\bigskip%

||

having concluded as such we shall here, by Administrative decree, declare into effect the following text. Let it be published as follows: \bigskip}%

\item There shall be a new Governor of the Upper Nether.
|
||
|
\item The current Governor of the Upper Nether shall be honorably discharged, and shall bear the title 'Emeritus'.
|
||
|
\item The new Governor shall be appointed from one of the Citizens by means of election in the Crafty Council.
|
||
|
\item The new Governor shall bear all responsibilities and rights of the Governor of the Upper Nether, as determined in the Upper Nether Governorate Act.
