\introduction{WE, \textbf{the Citizens of the Crafty Table}, BY THE GRACE OF KIPJE\texttrademark, the Sovereign Rulers of the Realm, hereby declare, to all whom shall hear or see, are to know: \bigskip%
having debated a multitude of topics in the plenary sessions of the Council of the Crafty Table; having established rules that, in accordance with section 5 of article 10 of title II of the Statutes, must be implemented through an implementation act, having deliberated on the exact wording and phrasing of these rules, having determined the exact legal text to be hereby implemented;\bigskip%
having concluded as such we shall here, having heard the advice of the Administration, in unison with the Legislature, declare into Law the following text. Let it be published by the Judiciary as follows: \bigskip}%
\toparticle{}{This Act shall amend the Statutes of the Crafty Table.}
\toparticle{}{The following changes shall be made to title I of the Statutes:\begin{enumerate}[label=\Roman*]
\item chapter II shall, by renumbering all subsequent chapters with a reduction of one, be removed, without removing any articles;
\item in article 5a after member 2, under replacement of the dot with "and having ended on the 9th of July 2021;", the following two members shall be added:\begin{enumerate}[label=\roman*.]

\item the third season, having started on the 10th of July 2021 and having ended on the 29th of January 2022;
\item the fourth season, having started on the 30th of January 2022.
\end{enumerate}
\item in article 7, the contents shall read as follows:
"A player shall be deemed inactive if they have not played on the server for the following lengths of time:\begin{onderdelen}
\item if the player has played less than 5 hours, the player must have been inactive for 2 weeks;
\item if the player has played less than 25 hours, but more than 5 hours, the player must have been inactive for 1 month;
\item if the player has played less than 50 hours, but more than 25 hours, the player must have been inactive for 2 months; or
\item if the player has played more than 50 hours, the player must have been inactive for 3 months.
\end{onderdelen}\medskip The player shall be deemed active again if they have returned for at least 3 hours within the applicable timeframe that the player has become inactive in."
\item under renumbering of article 8 and onward with an increment of three, and under renumbering of section I and onward of (new) chapter III with an increment of one, the following section shall be inserted after article 7: \begin{enumerate}[label=*]

\item \textbf{Article 8: Definition}\begin{leden}
\item Players may be bestowed titles that shall be displayed as prefixes or suffixes around their name in public documents and communication channels. Players are prohibited from exercising any title in public that they have not been bestowed with.
\item Titles shall take the form of prefixes or suffixes, unless otherwise specified by the Law, or if so determined by Administrative decree.

\item \textbf{Article 9: Limits to Titles}
Titles may only be bestowed upon players if so determined in the Law. The Administration may, for the purpose of public events, bestow upon a player a temporary title, for up to 24 hours, if such is necessary for the maintenance of order throughout the event.
\item \textbf{Article 10: Precedence of titles}
The Administration shall, by Administrative decree, determine the precedence of titles for the usage in public documents and communication channels. This Administrative decree shall contain a ranking of every legally sanctioned title, the relative position of any temporarily bestowed title and the exact phrasing of titles in public documents and communication channels.

\item (new) article 11 shall be amended as follows:\begin{enumerate}[label=\roman*.]
\item in subsection a of member 1, the text 'the in-game-chat,' shall be removed;
\item under renumbering of member 4 and 5 to 5 and 6, a new member shall be added after member 3 with the following content: "While a player has not yet chosen a custom title they shall be bestowed with a 'Supporter' title. This title shall be revoked upon the choosing of a custom title."

\item in (new) article 15 in member 1, the text "by this article" shall be replaced with "\textit{ex officio}";

\item \textbf{Article 19: Definition}\begin{leden}
\item The official server currency shall be the currency of CraftyCoins.
\item CraftyCoins shall be a physical item entity or container storage, created by the Administration, of the type 'minecraft:sunflower', containing a custom item tag as determined by Executive Order of the Owner of the Crafty Table, containing a special colored name to show its validity.
\item Any CraftyCoin which loses any of the properties of the previous member shall lose its status as a CraftyCoin.
\item All CraftyCoins are pegged to the value of the item of 'minecraft:diamond'. A CraftyCoin shall be worth exactly one-tenth of a diamond.
\item CraftyCoins may be denominated as '\textit{cc}'.
\end{leden}
\item \textbf{Article 20: Diamond balance}
The Administration shall attempt to have a diamond reserve of at least the equal value as there are CraftyCoins in circulation in the Crafty Table economy. When the amount of diamonds in the reserve equals the value of CraftyCoins in circulation, the reserve shall be 'balanced'.
\item \textbf{Article 21: Resolving imbalances}
The Administration is obliged to attempt to balance the reserve. If an imbalance exists, the Administration shall resolve this imbalance as soon as possible.
\item \textbf{Article 22: Creating imbalances}
The President may, with purpose, create imbalances on the reserve, if and only for the following reasons:\begin{onderdelen}[label=\textit{\roman*}.]
\item to encourage and strengthen economic %\item the enactment of emergency measures during times of emergency; trade;
\item to fund public projects;
\item to increase availability and circulation of CraftyCoins.

Any such created imbalance may never exceed a ratio of 1.2. The ratio shall be the worth of CraftyCoins in circulation divided by the value of diamonds in the reserve.
\item \textit{Section II: Distribution}
\item \textbf{Article 23: Currency exchanges}
The Administration shall place down currency exchanges around the worlds of the Crafty Table. Currency exchanges shall be machines where players can exchange diamonds for CraftyCoins and CraftyCoins for diamonds, at any and all times. The Administration shall set up a currency exchange placement policy, to be determined by Administrative decree.
\item \textbf{Article 24: Placement procedure}
Any Citizen may request the placement of currency exchanges at or near their base, by sending a message into a designated Discord channel.\begin{leden}
\item The request shall at least contain the following details:\begin{onderdelen}
\item the name of the requesting Citizen,
\item coordinates for the placement of the currency exchange,
\item the nearest known currency exchange to the requesting player.

\item The Administration may refuse the request if it does not comply with the currency exchange placement policy.
\item The Administration may conditionally accept the request and choose different coordinates to place down the currency exchange.
\item If a currency exchange placement request is approved, the Administration shall, within 3 days, place the currency exchange at the designated location. %Any structures at that location shall be forcibly reclaimed if so permitted in accordance with article 8 § 4 of title VII.
