\introduction{Her Imperial Majesty Queen Rachel the First, represented by the Lord Chancellor Juris\_LLM, mandated as such in his function as the Owner of the Crafty Table, has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm; bearing the date the eigth of July, two-thousand-and-twenty; blessed by the grace of Kipje; to enact and to bless, the creation of a new world of the Crafty Table, as mandated and in unison with Her Royal Crafty Council. Her Imperial Majesty shall thus henceforth enact, in accordance with article 2 of the Constitution of the Crafty Table, as Executive Order the following text. Let it be published by her Majesty's Administration as follows:}%

\article{Creation of a new World}{After a holy consultation with Her Imperial Majesty, 'o Glorious Kipje has blessed us with a new hallowed Overworld. This overworld 'O Glorious Kipje has made using holy techniques only known by the mortal name of 'Terraforged'. This holy land has been given to the First Children of Kipje, to be mined, extracted and exploited for our own desires! 'O Glorious Kipje asks us to strike the world!}

\subarticle{Dissolution of the old World}{Her Imperial Majesty Queen Rachel the First hereby decrees the dissolution of the old overworld; to be pronounced as such exactly one month after the consignment of the new Overworld. After the consignment of the new Overworld, but before the pronunciation of the dissolution of the old World, the old World shall remain on a private server, to be managed and cared for by Her Majesty's Royal Administration. After the pronunciation of the dissolution of the old World, it shall be frozen in time and distributed by Her Majesty's Royal Administration.}

\article{Changing Laws}{With regards to Laws and Regulations, Her Imperial Majesty, represented by Her Lord Chancellor, has issued and decreed the following to be implemented:\begin{enumerate}

\item to provide a legal foundation for the New World, the New World Act shall enter into effect upon the creation of the New World;
|
|
\item to facilitate and regulate the process of transition, the Temporary Transfer Act is enacted upon the creation of the New World, to be valid untill the dissolution of the Old World;
|
|
\item to mend and improve redundant rules, the following Laws and regulations shall be rescinded:\begin{enumerate}[label=(\alph*)]
|
|
\item the Zero-Tick Permit Law,
|
|
\item the Zero Tolerance Act;
|
|
\end{enumerate}

\item to regulate the creation and management of the new monetary currency, the Monetary Law shall enter into effect upon the creation of the New World;
|
|
\item to obtain the approval of Kipje, and to bless those wishing to perform the holy act of matrimony, the Marriages Act shall enter into effect on the third day after the creation of the New World;
|
|
\item to provide those with a inherit wish to collect with possibilities to do so, the Custom Heads Act shall enter into effect on the third day after the creation of the New World.

\article{Rights and Obligations}{Her Imperial Majesty, represented by Her Lord Chancellor, in order to govern the conduct of all Her Citizens, hereby decrees that all rights and obligations, from Her most loyal Citizens, with the exception of personal titles, to be rescinded for eternity. No obligations originating from the Old World shall be binding upon Her Citizens; to provide Them with a new start as they desire.}

\subarticle{Sentences}{All sentences carried out in the name of Her Majesty shall remain in effect for their remaining time at the creation of the New World. No sentences shall be reviewed at either the creation of the New World or upon the dissolution of the Old World.}
