\introduction{WE, \textbf{the Administration of the Crafty Table}, BY THE GRACE OF KIPJE, the Government of the Realm, hereby declare, to all whom shall hear or see, are to know: \bigskip%

having determined that the current Mayor of Wingsville is unable to perform their duties; having concluded that the towns of Wingsville, Spooown Town and Onyx have effectively grown connected together; having determined that a new Mayor must be appointed for Wingsville; having held an election for that purpose in Discord; \bigskip%
|

|
|
having concluded as such we shall here, by Administrative decree, declare into effect the following text. Let it be published as follows: \bigskip}%

\item This decree establishes the town of Wingsville upon Spooown.
|
|
\item This decree appoints the Mayor of Wingsville upon Spooown.
|

\article{The Town}{A town bearing the name 'Wingsville upon Spooown' exists at the coordinates of 0,0 in the Crafty Overworld.}
|
|
|
|
\article{Merger}{The towns of Wingsville, Spooown Town, Onyx and Village de Vallure shall be merged into the town of Wingsville upon Spooown. The new town shall bear all rights and obligations of the former towns.}
|
|
|
|
\article{Jurisdiction}{The territory of the town shall consist of all territories formerly belonging to the towns of WingsVille, Spooown Town, Onyx and Village de Vallure. The territory of the Town shall expand along with the natural growth of the town, notwithstanding any potential territorial settlements.}
|
|
|
|
\subarticle{Host agreement}{All territory of the town which is part of buildings of the Administration shall be under the jurisdiction of the Administration until such a building has been removed by the Administration. The town may only excercise jurisdiction within these buildings with the explicit consent of an Administrator of the Realm.}
|

|
|
\article{Citizens}{Citizens of the Town shall be all Citizens having their primary residence within the jurisdiction of the Town.}
|
|
|
|
\article{Mode of Governance}{The town shall function as a democracy. All Citizens of the Town shall be eligible to participate in this democracy. It shall have a Municipal Council along with an elected Mayor; being elected every 3 months by said Municipal Council.}
|
|
|
|
\article{First Mayor}{The first Mayor of the town shall be the Right Honourable \textbf{TfStef}.}
|
|
|
|
\article{Amendment}{This act may be amended by the Administration at any instance. The Administration shall ask the Municipal Council of Wingsville upon Spooown for advice on any amendment.}
|
|
|
|
\article{Citation}{This act shall be cited as the Establishment of 'Wingsville upon Spooown' Act*}
