\introduction{WE, \textbf{the Administration of the Crafty Table}, BY THE GRACE OF KIPJE, the Government of the Realm, hereby declare, to all whom shall hear or see, are to know: \bigskip%

having concluded that harassment is taking place within the confines of the Realm; having long established that such practices shall never be tolerated; having concluded that special rules should apply to this situation; having concluded that these rules should be specifically targeted at players from the JustMinecraftNL server;\bigskip%

having concluded as such we shall here, by Administrative decree, declare into effect the following text. Let it be published as follows: \bigskip}%

\article{Targeted demographic}{All players from the JustMinecraftNL server, with the exception of the Right Honourable FlnDutch, shall be subject to a zero tolerance policy.}
|
|
|
|
\article{Compilation of a List}{\begin{enumerate}
|
|
\item The Administration shall compile a list of all players as mentioned in article 1. This list shall not be shared with the citizenry due to privacy reasons and to maintain compliance with article 1 of the Constitution.
|
|
\item The Administration shall compile this list by means of online server tracking websites and through JustMinecraftNL's official channels.
|
|

|
|
\article{Material compliance}{All players as mentioned in article 1 shall be permanently banned upon any violation of the Crafty Table's Criminal Law. These players shall not bear any rights to an appeal. These players may return upon the request by the Right Honourable FlnDutch.}
|
|
|
|
\article{Adjudication}{Upon a dispute between a citizen and the Administration regarding this policy, the Crafty Court shall not adjudicate. No means of appeal exists for the powers invoked in this act.}
|
|
|
|
\article{Amendment}{This Act may be amended by the Administration at any instance. The Administration is not required to ask the advice on any amendment.}
|
|
|
|
\article{Citation}{This document shall be cited as the Zero-Tolerance Act*}
