\introduction{His Excellency Juris the First, has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm; bearing the date the *-* of August, two-thousand-and-twenty-two; blessed by the grace of Kipje; to appoint, in accordance with article 36 of the Constitution and article 16 of title III of the Statutes, along with article 40 of title II of the Statutes, a citizen to the position of President of the Crafty Table. His Excellency shall thus henceforth enact as Executive Order the following text. Let it be published by the Administration as follows:}%

%\toparticle{}{His Excellency, in accordance with his constitutional powers, honorably discharges the President appointed \textit{ad interim} *---*. They shall henceforth continue as a Citizen of the Realm. Any Moderators appointed by the interim President shall also be honorably discharged from their position of Moderator and continue as a Citizen of the Realm.}

\toparticle{}{His Excellency, in accordance with his constitutional powers, bestows upon the Citizen of \textbf{*---*} the position of President of the Crafty Table. They shall be granted access to all powers that the office provides. They shall hold the position of President until the \textbf{1st of October, 8 PM BST}, or until any other condition of article 18 of title III of the Statutes has been met.}

\toparticle{}{The President may appoint any citizens to the position of Moderator of the Crafty Table, whose term shall at latest expire at the expiry of the term of the President, in accordance with section \textit{a} of member 1 of article 26 of title III of the Statutes.}

\toparticle{}{His Excellency decrees that this Act shall go into effect immediately after publication in the Official Journal of the Crafty Table.}
