Many changes and return of old laws. General updates: - Templates now use AlphAlph, to allow numbering above 26 letters - Moved seals in proposals to be pdf, based on svg, instead of png - Updated signatures in proposals, dependent on the type of document - Added kluwer class, printing dense and on a5 paper. Compatible with other classes. Updates to laws: - Migrated all old laws to new classes; added DRAFT, OUTDATED, RETRACTED or PROPOSAL watermarks where applicable - Created Royal Decree on the designation of a donation information channel, assigning the Discord channel and message for donations. - Created Titles Act (Administrative Decree), designating the relative rankings of titles and which shall go first. Also assigns colors and display Changes to the Statutes: - Implemented Amendment 2 - Removed designation of 'Holidays' chapter in title I, merged into 'Overarching Provisions' - Added fourth season to predefined seasons - Added general title provisions and amended specific title provisions - Created general provisions on decision making in title III - Owner is President while none are appointed - Created chapter for regional and functional councils in title V - Re-ordered chapters and sections in title VI - Updated land claims in title VII to be based on the Lands plugin instead of GriefPrevention - Renamed 'build code' to 'construction standards' - Hidden title 7A, since it's no longer active - Updated title 7B to reflect the legal situation regarding transfered public builds in season 4 - Added general provisions on exclusion of guilt to title X - Added the crimes of illegal title usage and obstruction to title X

\introduction{WE, \textbf{the Administration of the Crafty Table}, BY THE GRACE OF KIPJE, the Government of the Realm, hereby declare, to all whom shall hear or see, are to know: \bigskip%
having recognized an obligation under article 10 of title I of the Statutes to establish a ranking of legally sanctioned titles, having studied the general usage of titles in the years preceding the establishment of this act, having deliberated on a system to organize the disparity of legally sanctioned titles currently in use whilst maintaining compatibility with any generally established unofficial titles; \bigskip%
having concluded as such we shall here, by Administrative decree, declare into effect the following text. Let it be published as follows: \bigskip}%
\article{Purpose}{This Act shall regulate the ranking, display and exact phrasing of legally sanctioned titles in accordance with article 10 of title I of the Statutes.}
\article{Title structure}{Title prefixes and suffixes shall be divided into the following categories:\begin{enumerate}[label=\alph*.]
\item prefixes of the first category, which shall immediately precede the name of the player;
\item prefixes of the second category, which shall immediately precede prefixes of the first category;
\item prefixes of the third category, which shall immediately precede prefixes of the second category;
\item suffixes, which shall immediately follow the name of the player;
\end{enumerate}\medskip creating the following structure: \textit{[prefix cat. 3] [prefix cat. 2] [prefix cat. 1] *NAME* [suffix]}.}
\article{Title rankings}{The categories of title prefixes and suffixes shall contain the following ranking of titles, whereby the highest title takes precedence over titles ranked lower within the same category:\begin{enumerate}[label=\alph*.]
\item prefixes of the first category shall consist of the following titles: \begin{enumerate}[label=\roman*.]
\item the title of Host, for the Host of the Council, as defined in article 5 of title II of the Statutes;
\item the title of Owner, for the Owner of the Crafty Table, as defined in the Constitution;
\item the title of President, for the President of the Crafty Table, as defined in article 7 of title III of the Statutes;
\item the title of Moderator, for Moderators of the Crafty Table, as defined in article 12 of title III of the Statutes;
\item the title of Justice, for members of the Judiciary, as defined in article * of title IV of the Statutes;
\item the title of Governor, for Governors of the Realm, as defined in article * of title V of the Statutes;
\item the title of Mayor, for Mayors of towns, as defined in article * of title V of the Statutes;
\item the title of Director General of the Crafty Table Central Bank, as defined in member 2 of article 27 of title III of the Statutes;
\end{enumerate}
\item prefixes of the second category shall consist of the following titles: \begin{enumerate}[label=\roman*.]
\item any chosen custom title, as defined in article 11 of title I of the Statutes;
\item the title of Emeritus, for every Emeritus member as defined in article 15 of title I of the Statutes;
\item the title of Senator, for every member of the Crafty Senate as defined in article * of title II of the Statutes;
\end{enumerate}
\item prefixes of the third category shall consist of the title of 'MVP', for every Most Valued Player as defined in section 1 of article 13 of title I of the Statutes.
\item suffixes shall consist of the following titles: \begin{enumerate}[label=\roman*.]
\item the title of Shopping District Councilor, as defined in article * of title VI of the Statutes;
\item the title of Nether Councilor, as defined in article * of title VI of the Statutes;
\item the title of Recreational District Councilor, as defined in article * of title VI of the Statutes.
\end{enumerate}
\item If the bearer of the title of Host of the Council also bears another title within the prefixes of the first category, the title of Host shall only be visible in official documents relating to Crafty Council procedures, and in communication channels during a meeting of the Crafty Council.
\item Custom titles shall only be visible in public communication channels within the Server, excluding any communication channels on Discord.
\item Players may renounce the display of a title in favor of a title ranked lower within the same category. They shall inform a Member of the Administration of this intent.
\item Any temporarily bestowed titles, as defined in article 9 of title I of the Statutes, shall take precedence within either the first or second category of prefixes, to be chosen by the President.

\article{Title phrasing}{Within public documents and communication channels titles shall be phrased as they are defined in the Statutes, except for the following titles:\begin{enumerate}[label=\alph*.]
\item the title of Governor, along which may be cited the name of the governor jurisdiction, to be phrased as 'Governor of \textit{[jurisdiction name]}' or '\textit{[jurisdiction name]} Governor';
\item the title of Director General of the Crafty Table Central Bank, which shall be shortened within communication channels to 'DG CTCB';
\item the title of Supporter, which shall be cited within communication channels as '+';
\item the title of Senator, which shall be cited within communication channels as 'Lord';
\item the title of Shopping District Councilor, which shall be shortened within communication channels to 'SD';
\item the title of Nether Councilor, which shall be shortened within communications channels to 'ND';
\item the title of Recreational District Councilor, which shall be shortened within communication channels to 'RD'.

\article{Title formatting}{Within the in-game-chat of the Server, titles shall have the following colors and formatting:\begin{enumerate}[label=\alph*.]
\item for custom titles, any of the colors and formatting as permitted by Law;
\item for the title of Host, the color gold, as defined by the formatting code of \textit{§6}, and formatted in bold;
\item for the title of Owner, any combination of colors and formatting, as decided by the Owner of the Crafty Table;
\item for the title of President, any combination of colors and formatting, as decided by the President;
\item for the title of Moderator, the color green, as defined by the formatting code of \textit{§a};
\item for the title of Justice, the color dark aqua, as defined by the formatting code of \textit{§3};
\item for the titles of Governor and Mayor, the color aqua, as defined by the formatting code of \textit{§b};
\item for the title of Director General of the Crafty Table Central Bank, the color blue, as defined by the formatting code of \textit{§9};
\item for the title of Emeritus, the color yellow, as defined by the formatting code of \textit{§e};
\item for the title of Senator, the color red, as defined by the formatting code of \textit{§c};
\item for the title of MVP, the color gold, as defined by the formatting code of \textit{§6}, and formatted with bold and underline;
\item for the titles of Shopping District Councilor, Nether Councilor and Recreational District Councilor, the color aqua, as defined by the formatting code of \textit{§b}.

\article{Title assignment}{The President shall bestow a player with a title upon becoming aware that the player is lawfully eligible to receive the title, or if, when prescribed by Law, the eligible player requests the President to bestow them with their title. A request to the President from an eligible player shall at least contain the following details: \begin{enumerate}[label=\alph*.]
\item the name of the requesting player;
\item the title to be bestowed upon the requesting player;
\item the grounds for eligibility of the requested title;
\item any other information as may be necessary for the bestowing of the title.
\end{enumerate}\medskip The President shall process this request within 2 days.}
\article{Enactment}{This Act shall go into effect two weeks after publication in the Official Journal of the Crafty Table.}
