having established a large legal framework to regulate the execution of powers by members of the Administration of the Crafty Table; having discovered a distrust between players and members of the Administration with regards to access to powers of the Console and the risk of abuse of these particular powers; having determined that the most effective way to prevent abuse of powers of the Console is to establish a system of oversight as to dissuade any abuse from materializing; having recognized that a system of accountability is thus necessary to remedy the distrust of Citizens; having determined that a committee of the Crafty Council is most suited to perform such acts of oversight; having recognized that a distinction ought be made between acts that suffice with ex post review and acts that require ex ante oversight; having designed an automated logging system that shall be capable of logging the execution of any command that might provide the executor of the command with an advantage in the survival experience or that could significantly alter the state of the world; having recognized that exceptions to this automated logging systems are necessary for particular legitimate reasons; having also established a model for the execution of powers that are particularly risky as to pose a risk of abuse and thus require permission before they might be executed; having determined to review this system of accountability at most six months after its enactment into Law;\bigskip%

\article{Responsibility}{The President, or any other person to whom powers of the Console have been delegated, shall log and report to the Crafty Council on the execution of powers which could potentially be used to gain an advantage in the survival experience by the executor themselves or any other person affected by the command, or powers which could significantly alter the state of the world or the \textit{modus operandi} of the Server. Powers of the Console that pose a particular risk of abuse shall require approval of the Crafty Council's oversight committee before they may be executed by the holder of that power.}

\item The usage of commands or actions belonging to powers of the previous article shall automatically be logged by the Server and posted to the Website and a designated Discord channel, to be determined by Executive Order of the Owner. Logged entries shall be published 24 hours after being logged by the Server.
