Updates to laws:
- Migrated all old laws to new classes; added DRAFT, OUTDATED, RETRACTED or PROPOSAL watermarks where applicable
- Created Royal Decree on the designation of a donation information channel, assigning the Discord channel and message for donations.
- Created Titles Act (Administrative Decree), designating the relative rankings of titles and which shall go first. Also assigns colors and display

- First Statutes Act uses a new class: proposal. This class implements a style much like the 'Staatsblad' publications. It contains top level articles using capitalized roman numerals, and an indented standard set of items which is the same as those in the CraftLaw class.
- First Statutes Act implements Titles I and II, and should be updated to keep parity with statutes.tex. First Statutes Act shall be reviewed 6 months after publication by a Council-appointed working group.
- Changes to the Statutes:
- Removed preamble
- More small grammatical and logic changes
- Injunction procedure against Administration is now generalized in Title III, instead of in multiple places.
- Powers of the President may be delegated to moderators at any time, and not just at appointment of the moderator
- Smiting is now allowed for legally sanctioned purposes and upon misbehaving of a player
- Title III now discusses appointment of moderators. Should soon include the method of appointment, appointment of the VP and numbering of moderators.
- Supporter title may now be of type 'bold' along the already accepted 'normal' font types.
- Forgetting Desert is now regulated
- Isle of Pepper is now defined
- Power of the owner is now limited. Only that powers which are necessary, and those powers bestowed by the Council
- Re-organized some content in title I of the statutes
- Other holidays may be called by the President
- Citizenship now defined, as it used to be in the Council rules.
- Added (TM) sign after every mention of Kipje, except for in those cases where the mention is within a pledge or statement.
- Added skeleton articles for citizenship and active players in title I
- A newly enacted season shall replace the current season, and not be null and void. This was a mistake, as it would not allow the Council or President to enact a new season.
- Pre-existing seasons (first and second) have been defined
- Membership of the Council is now open to all who have played four hours in the current season, and not week
- Rules are binding on all players. Not only on all citizens.
- Usage of smites is illegal on players. Not only on citizens.
